🥳 Azuki's got a surprise!

What if I told you there's a new NFT release coming?

Yes, it’s Azuki with a brand new collection → the ‘Elementals’.

Our beloved NFT superstars, Azuki, are launching a fresh batch inspired by their own universe's elements. 🌍🔥⚡💧

Now hold up, you're thinking, "Azuki is just some fancy Japanese beans, right?" 😜

Well, it's also the name of one of the most sought-after NFT collections. 🚀

It's like the Gucci of the NFT world. 🎩

And when did this happen? 🗓️

They dropped the news of this element-based series on Friday.

And guess what? Some lucky ducks already got a piece of it – literally "airdropped" into their wallets. 🪂

So here's the breakdown:

  • New collection? → Azuki Elementals 🎭

  • Total pieces? → A whopping 20,000 NFTs! 💥

  • Element theme? → Earth, fire, lightning, and water. 🌎🔥⚡🌊

  • Any specials? → Different levels of rarity traits (like shiny Pokémon, but better 😉)

  • When? → Going live today (fingers crossed, wallets ready) ⏱️

They're kicking off the sale with a Dutch Auction. 🎪

What's that, you ask?

Well, it's where the bidding starts high (2 ETH, about $3,800).

And it drops every five minutes by 0.1 ETH ($187) until all the Elementals are sold out. 📉

First dibs go to current Azuki NFT holders or those owning BEANZ, another Azuki treat. 🎫

This was dropped at a Vegas event called "Follow the Rabbit." 🐰

Attendees got a sneak peek into the Azuki Elemental NFT and a soulbound token as a keepsake. 🎁

One of the attendees, Charlie G, vouched for the trailer's top-notch quality, which definitely stirred up some serious excitement. 🌌

Let's talk numbers! 🔢

As of now, Azuki's floor price stands at a whopping 15.3 ETH ($29,000).

They've pulled in a trading volume of 569,795 ETH or just over $1 billion. 🤯

The BEANZ are not far behind, priced at 1.28 ETH ($2,400) with a trading volume around $300 million. 💸

Our beloved Azuki also slayed with a daily lending volume of an astounding 97k ETH! 😱

That's 97k ETH = $170 million.

All in all, it's gonna be one helluva NFT party! 🎉

🛁 Here’s An Idea → Bitcoin Bathhouse

Remember all those crazy arguments about how Bitcoin is bad for the environment? 🤦‍♂️

“It consumes significant energy”

“Carbon emissions go through the roof”

“You can’t recycle a Bitcoin or throw it in the bin”

Well…you might wanna read this new development 👇

Is it yet another long podcast or research defending these claims against Bitcoin?

Nah, bruh. ⛔️

This involves a bathhouse. (No, not metaphorically but literally)

There's a bathhouse in Brooklyn, New York (yes, you heard that right) that's heating its pools “with the blood, sweat, and tears of hard-working Bitcoin miners.”

Wait…what? 😅

This sounds like some dystopian Westworld typa crap. 🥲

Let us explain!

  • This bathhouse runs a bunch of Bitcoin mining rigs in New York.

  • One of the by-products of mining is → Heat.

  • The bathhouse uses heat exchangers to transfer the heat generated by mining to heat the water in the pools above.

Keeping those pools nice and toasty for a Maxis’ pool party. 🔥

Not just that, they also charge a $55 day pass to use the bathhouse.

Yup, they are making money on all fronts:

  • bitcoin mining ✅

  • bathhouse vibez mining ✅

This is a CRAZY idea! 🤯

Crazier than when we tried mixing doodh and Coke. (Our advice? Don’t do it 😅)

Now, not everyone was thrilled about this innovative mining-heating operation.

Some folks called it "unhinged" and "off-putting." 😒

Haters gonna hate!

But there were a few people, like one of the writers at Blockworks, who called the pool “Bitcoin juice” 😂

“If I lived in New York, I’d buy the $ 55-day pass just to drink the stuff.” (probably jokingly 😅)

🥛 Doodhwala’s Take:

Hey! You do what you gotta do to survive the crypto winter. 🔥

Bathouse and Bitcoin mining certainly keep you warm.

But this gives some ideas…

What else can we use the heat from Bitcoin mining? 😉

There’s only one right answer→ BOILING DOODH 🥛

📈 Cheese and Charts: BTC Futures Heat Up

Remember when Bitcoin was just a gleam in the eye of some nerdy coder?

Now look at it.

It's all grown up, even starring in futures markets like it's some Wall Street hotshot! 😎

In the days following the Terra catastrophe, we've been seeing some wild moves.

BTC futures markets are buzzing like a phone on vibrate mode... In a library... During an exam. Shh! 🤫

Open interest, the total unsettled contracts, shot up to over $11 billion recently.

That's more cash flowing than at a rapper's birthday party.

It's the highest we've seen since May last year, right before Terra took a nosedive. 📈

But what does this mean?

It could be new money entering the market, or it could be existing players doubling down on their positions.

Either way, it points towards a strong sentiment and a bullish trend. 🐂

And guess what? This surge coincides with a bump in volumes and activity in Bitcoin options markets, where the big boys play.

Expect this trend to keep rolling if ETF applications from traditional finance mammoths like BlackRock get the green light. 🚦

So, are we witnessing a gambling frenzy or a calculated high-stakes game?
